• Image of Tutti Fruitti -- 1940s Style Straw Tilt Hat with Vintage Velvet Bow and Fruit Cluster

An array of fresh fruit spilling forth gives the feel that this gal is ready for picnics and summertime sunshine! Reminiscent of a true 1940s tilt hat, this saucer is made of gorgeous vintage black straw raffia and features a luscious bow of red velvet and a cluster of vintage millinery fruit, flowers and leaves, and is lined with matching red velvet. Sits comfortably on the head with two ribbon tabs for pinning in place.

We always recommend wearing atop your hair for any occasion! But, this piece is perfect for fun pin-up hair styles like bumper bangs or victory rolls, for glamorous vintage styles like soft curls or page boys, and even modern day fashions. It would be an excellent option for a race-day ensemble, weddings, cocktail events, or even a tea party.

All the items RLM uses are either true vintage or reclaimed; this means that you are purchasing an incredibly unique piece! However, please keep in mind that you are also saving something from the past; there may be slight discoloring, missing stones in jewelry pieces, or minor blemishes that just won't budge! RLM will note any 'as-is' qualities in a piece, which is accounted for in the pricing, but also understand that this is just the nature of a well loved item.

Photography is as close as possible to the physical item. Please allow for slight differences in monitors and computers. If you have any concerns, please send a PM!
